Out of Office Hello reflexology family, just a qu Out of Office

Hello reflexology family, just a quick note to share that I am taking a break for Easter 🐣 and the Love Reflexology office will be closed until Wednesday 12th April.

After a very busy first part of 2023 I am looking forward to recharging, spending time with the family and may be eating a chocolate egg or two 🤣

All emails received during this time will be replied to on my return.

If you are taking time off over the coming days I hope you have a wonderful time too.

Don't forget if you are looking for a course, therapy supply, clothing, business support service, professional association or event the Love Reflexology Directory can be accessed at the link in the bio.

If you are looking to update your music for the treatment room ready for the new month you can listen to and purchase royalty-free music on the LR website (link in bio).

Are you taking some time off for Easter?

Time to Celebrate And just like that it is the fi Time to Celebrate

And just like that it is the final day of March!

To celebrate my achievements and also those of my 1:1 mentoring clients for this month, I have treated myself to some flowers and spent a few quiet moments reflecting on the past few weeks.

Self-reflection and celebration is so important when you are self-employed, as we don't have a manger to check-in with or an annual appraisal, so it easy to move from month-to-month without really acknowledging how far you have come.

My achievements this month include:

Working with the most amazing 1:1 mentoring clients;

Upgrading the Love Reflexology website;

Launching new royalty-free music on the Love Reflexology website;

Supporting new and regular clients with reflexology;

And going out of my comfort zone to work on a new project.

Before you begin April set some time aside to celebrate and reflect on your achievements, and if you are happy to share them below - I would love to celebrate with you too 👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇

I am delighted to work with Dani Diosi founder of @mamaserenebirthtraining as a member of the Love Reflexology Directory for a further 12-months.

MamaSerene – Centre of Excellence for Birth Professionals offers hypnobirthing training to help you level up your birth business.

Hypnobirthing is an invaluable set of tools that are becoming increasingly vital in a maternity system where women are more likely to have elective caesareans or induced births than go into labour naturally.

When women do birth physiologically, everything tends to fall into place but when birth becomes more medical or surgical, the tools and techniques to enable clients to remain calm and in control become even more important.

This fully accredited CPD independent hypnobirthing practitioner training course is unique in that it trains you to teach hypnobirthing either in a class format or to incorporate it into the work you already do, as opposed to the traditional ‘cookie-cutter’ approach offered with other trainings.

Learn about the importance of the sub-conscious and its impact on birth, what hypnosis is and what it isn’t, how to write (or use existing) hypnosis scripts, create powerful positive suggestions and affirmations to change existing mindsets, what creates birth trauma and how to resolve it with hypnosis techniques plus much more.

For more details about the training opportunities available, please visit @mamaserenebirthtraining

Thank you for your continued support of Love Reflexology Dani, I am really looking forward to working with you.

Hire an Expert When you run a reflexology busines Hire an Expert

When you run a reflexology business you will wear many hats within your role of CEO including therapist, bookkeeper, marketing manager, social media content producer and more. It can be overwhelming at times trying to wear these many hats and trying to do everything.

One of the most important lessons I discovered when I created my business was that we don’t have to be an expert at everything and it can really help your business to grow if you outsource work and ask an expert for help.

For example, have you tried to create your own website?

Did it take hours of your time to work out the technical aspects when you really wanted to be in the treatment room with your clients?

How much time did it take you?

In instances like this hiring a company to create your website for you could help you to have the website you want to help your business grow, it can free up time for you to work on other areas of your business and it can help to keep those stress levels low.

Reaching out for help is not a weakness it is incredibly empowering and will help you to achieve your goals.

Don’t forget if you are looking for help with your business the Love Reflexology Directory lists website designers, copyrighting, mentors, coaches, social media training and professional associations - the link is in the bio for you to explore.

Do you outsource any areas of your business to free-up time?

Block time 🕰️ in your diary to make it happen, say no to things that are taking you away from working on your dreams, turn off your social media notifications to create space and to stop it from sucking your time.

Save this quote to remind yourself that you are in charge of your time and you can make things happen.

Do you feel like you never have time to work on your business dreams?

Tuesday Tip If you would like more reflexology cl Tuesday Tip

If you would like more reflexology clients for your business and you use Facebook, I highly recommend joining local Facebook groups for your geographical area as a great way to grow.

Many people use local Facebook groups to ask for recommendations for a range of businesses including reflexologists, so if you are present in the group you will be able to respond.

The second image shared with this post is an example of a post a resident made looking for a reflexologist.

Before I had even responded one of my lovely clients had recommended me in the comments which is wonderful.

So I was able to respond to the post and also thank my existing client and keep the positive relationship we have going.

If I had not been in the group I would not have seen this post, or the fact my client had recommended me.

The outcome was a new client and relationship building with the existing client. Result!

As well as responding to posts some groups allow businesses to post to promote their services/products.

Before you post promoting your business check the group rules to establish when they allow businesses to advertise.

Have you gained new clients from using Facebook groups?
