The Love Reflexology Facebook group was established in August 2017 and Kelly Hainsworth is the administrator.
The Love Reflexology logo was created by BrandKindly, is owned by Kelly Hainsworth and is a registered trademark. The logo cannot be reproduced or copied without consent from Kelly Hainsworth being obtained in writing.
Legal action may be taken if Kelly Hainsworth becomes aware that the logo is being used with out her consent.
The Love Reflexology royalty-free digital download music is owned by Kelly Hainsworth and produced by J. A. Williams of JJ Music Publishing.

To join the Love Reflexology Facebook group reflexologists have to submit a request, answer the joining questions and agree to the group rules.
On joining the Love Reflexology Facebook Group and being a member, you accept the group rules shared within the group, and the below:
(A) By using the group you accept that any support or advice you receive from members of the community is solely for the purpose of providing non-professional good faith guidance. You understand this relationship is an informational resource to voluntarily discuss general matters and issues. (B) By using the group you understand and agree that the Kelly Hainsworth/Love Reflexology is not responsible for your business earnings, your business decisions, the increase or decrease of your finances or income level, or success of your business.

13.2 Kelly Hainsworth founder of Love Reflexology owns the copyright, publishing rights and all other rights related to the songs and can sell the digital downloads for use in Sound Therapy and Reflexology on the Love Reflexology website.
13.3 The purchase of a digital download music is for one purchaser only and your download link must not be shared, or sold to anyone else.
Purchase of Music
13.4 Music can be purchased from the Love Reflexology website as a digital download and pricing information is displayed clearly on the product information.
13.5 There are no delivery costs as this is a digital download.
13.6 Music is not available by physical CDs and is only available to purchase as a digital download.
13.7 Music can only be purchased if you are a resident of the United Kingdom, you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and you are at least 18 years old.

13.8 Payment is processed via PayPal, and the Love Reflexology website uses WooCommerce to present the products.

13.11 The price of all digital download music, will be displayed clearly on this website.
13.12 Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which I (Kelly Hainsworth) have already sent you a download e-mail confirmation for your digital music download.
Order Process
13.13 Once you place an order for digital music download, you will receive an email confirming your purchase along with the Download Confirmation. This confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided when you placed an order. Please note it is your responsibility to ensure this email address is correct.
13.14 If you do not receive an email in your main email inbox, please check your junk/spam folder in case the Download Confirmation has been been delivered there.
13.15 When you receive the Download Confirmation, please only click on the Download link on the device you wish to play the music. Please note this is your responsibility.
Availability
13.16 Your order will be fulfilled automatically on your receipt of the Download Confirmation, but in the event that the automated systems do not work immediately, please contact Kelly Hainsworth to advise that the Product has not been made available for download. As the systems are automated, Kelly Hainsworth/Love Reflexology shall not be liable for any delay in the download of any Product.
Refunds and Returns
13.17 As the music is a digital download this item is not eligible for return.
13.18 Refunds on digital music downloads will only be considered within 7 days of purchasing and will only be offered at Kelly Hainsworth’s/Love Reflexology discretion and in limited circumstances, for example if the item is faulty.
13.19 If a refund is given the downloaded album must be removed from your library with immediate effect. Any refunds will be made using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
13.20 Kelly Hainsworth/ Love Reflexology are responsible for the supply of the music downloads only and are not responsible for how and where you download the music files.
13.21 Once a download has been made following a purchase on the Love Reflexology website, you must not forward this item to a third party to use. It is for your own use only.
Liability
Digital downloads are provided on an “as is” basis without any representations or endorsements made and without any warranty of any kind whether express or implied, other than where you are purchasing the digital downloads as a consumer, in which case the implied warranties of fitness for purpose, merchantability and accuracy shall apply.

Payment
- Payments are to be paid in full at the time of booking.
- Online events are for one person per payment only, and the Zoom link must not be shared with anyone else. If the Zoom link is shared your place will be withdrawn from the event and a refund will not be given.
- Prices for the events are displayed clearing on the event page.
- Payment is processed via PayPal, and the Love Reflexology website uses WooCommerce to present the events.
- Please read the terms and conditions, and the privacy policies from PayPal and WooCommerce before you make a purchase.
- We will not be held responsible for any loss incurred in the process of or after payment is made.
Suitability
- Online events are suitable if you are a reflexologist or reflexology tutor who is a resident of the UK, aged 18 years or above, and you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
Cancellation and Refunds
- Should we find it necessary to cancel or postpone an event you will be offered an alternative option, or a refund will be made. You will be contacted via email immediately to share these options.
- We reserve the right to provide an alternative venue to those published for an event.
- If you are unable to attend the event you have purchased, please contact Kelly Hainsworth within 30-days of the event date so an alternative date(s) may be provided. We cannot be held responsible if you are unable to attend a replacement date. If a refund is required (minus the non-refundable administration and processing fee), you must cancel within 30-days of booking the event by writing to Kelly Hainsworth.
- After the 30-day refund period events are non-refundable.
- Failure to attend your purchased event will result in the loss of all payments made and in all circumstances.
- If you ask to swap dates for any reason within 10-days of your event date it is non-exchangeable, non-refundable and you will not be offered an alternative date.
- We will not be held responsible for any additional expenses incurred because of an event cancellation.
- We shall not assume liability for events beyond our control.
