In addition, Kelly Hainsworth is the founder and administrator of the Love Reflexology Facebook group, Instagram account, the Love Reflexology Business Directory and newsletter.
The Love Reflexology Facebook group was established in August 2017 and is owned by Kelly Hainsworth.
The Love Reflexology logo was created by BrandKindly, is owned by Kelly Hainsworth and is a registered trademark. The logo cannot be reproduced or copied without consent from Kelly Hainsworth being obtained in writing.
Legal action may be taken if Kelly Hainsworth becomes aware that the logo is being used with out her consent.
The Love Reflexology royalty-free digital download music is owned by Kelly Hainsworth and produced by J. A. Williams of JJ Music Publishing.

The Love Reflexology Directory is a carefully curated list of businesses who provide products and services to reflexologists and reflexology schools. It lists courses, clothing, events, professional associations, therapy supplies and business services.

Please note that the listing of businesses on the Love Reflexology Directory will be under the discretion of its founder Kelly Hainsworth.
How the Contract is Formed Between You and Kelly Hainsworth/Love Reflexology
12.1 Contracts for becoming a member of the Love Reflexology Directory through this site and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) will be governed by English law. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with such contracts or their formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
12.2 If you would like to add your business to the Love Reflexology Directory you will be required to complete an application form, read and accept these terms and conditions.
12.3 Once an application for the Love Reflexology Directory has been received you will receive an email from Kelly Hainsworth to confirm whether your application has been accepted, along with joining details and an invoice to make payment. Once an invoice has been issued by Kelly Hainsworth/Love Reflexology our contract together begins.
12.4 It is your responsibility to provide Kelly Hainsworth/Love Reflexology with the correct information to list your business on the Love Reflexology website. This includes your short business description and logo.
12.5 Once the information has been received your listing will be made live on the Love Reflexology website and you will receive notification to the email address provided, along with your agreement for the period of your Love Reflexology Directory listing. This agreement will provide you will details of the agreement period, the support available and the promotional opportunities for your organisation.
12.6 It is your responsibility to inform Kelly Hainsworth of any changes to your business such as a new logo or website address. Any updates/changes to the listing must be sent to Kelly Hainsworth. Kelly Hainsworth/Love Reflexology is not responsible or liable for any out-of-date or inaccurate information which is displayed as part of your Love Reflexology Directory listing.
12.7 The contact between you and Kelly Hainsworth/Love Reflexology as a member of the Love Reflexology Directory is to promote your business only. You are not permitted as part of your Love Reflexology Directory listing to promote any other business to members of the Love Reflexology Facebook community. If activity of this nature occurs Kelly Hainsworth/Love Reflexology obtains the right to end the contract with immediate effect.
Payment and Refunds
12.8 Payment details will be sent to the Love Reflexology Directory applicant to the email address provided once an application has been accepted by Kelly Hainsworth/Love Reflexology. Payment is required via bank transfer. A listing will only go live on the Love Reflexology Directory once payment has been received in full.
12.9 To make a listing live on the website, you will receive details of the information required including your short business description and company logo.
12.10 Once the listing for your organisation goes live on the Love Reflexology Directory, you may request a full refund 7 days from the start of your listing. This date is available in your Love Reflexology Directory agreement. A request for a full refund must be sent to Kelly Hainsworth explaining your reasons for why the refund is requested. After this 7-day period, no refunds will be granted.
12.11 Refunds will be made via the same method as the original payment.
Renewal of Love Reflexology Directory Membership
12.12 Ahead of your Love Reflexology Directory listing expiry date, a renewal reminder will be sent to the contact details provided to establish if you would like to renew your listing.
12.13 If you would like to renew your listing, an invoice will be issued, and payment will be required ahead of your renewal date. If I do not hear from you to confirm whether you would like to renew your listing, the listing for your organisation will be removed from the Love Reflexology Directory after the renewal date has passed.
This will also mean from that date you will no longer be able to promote your business to the Love Reflexology community on Facebook and Instagram. Please note I will then securely delete any data I hold about you and your business in accordance with data protection guidance.
Acceptance
On joining the Love Reflexology Directory, you accept:
- The terms and conditions detailed on this website, including all items in point (11).
- The Love Reflexology Directory agreement and the Privacy Policy. The agreement will be emailed to you on the e-mail address provided on your application form;
- Kelly Hainsworth/Love Reflexology will not be held responsible for the content or the delivery of any course, workshop or event. Any feedback regarding the course, workshop or event from a participant/attendee must be raised with you as the tutor/organiser;
- Kelly Hainsworth/Love Reflexology will not be held responsible for any products or services purchased from suppliers listed on the Love Reflexology Directory. Any feedback regarding an order or service received must be raised with you as the supplier;
- Kelly Hainsworth/Love Reflexology does not provide course, event or workshop accreditation or approval. The Love Reflexology Directory is a paid for marketing directory and businesses listed, are not personally endorsed by Love Reflexology or Kelly Hainsworth;
- Love Reflexology is not a professional association;
- That any content discussed or posted within the Love Reflexology Facebook closed group community must not be shared outside of the group to protect its integrity amongst practitioners.
- Kelly Hainsworth is the creator of the Love Reflexology community and directory;
- You are responsible for your own various business insurance(s), course accreditation/approval and other business affairs. Kelly Hainsworth/Love Reflexology simply provide a platform to promote your business to the reflexology community;
- Kelly Hainsworth/Love Reflexology are not responsible for any losses your business may incur;
- You are at least 18 years old;
- You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract;
- You are not permitted to post practitioner/treatment courses which are not approved/accredited. Posts made promoting unapproved/unaccredited courses will be removed from the Facebook group;
- You are not permitted to post promotional posts in the Love Reflexology Facebook group which promote another business. Your listing is to promote your business only;
- You are not permitted to post affiliate or consultant links, which are directed to a third-party website such as Neal’s Yard Remedies or Tropic;
- Should you decide not to renew your Love Reflexology Directory listing in the future, it is not permitted for you to ask other business owners or members of the Love Reflexology community to promote your business for you. Posts of this nature will be removed from the group and repeat offenders will sadly lose their group membership;
- Kelly Hainsworth/Love Reflexology will not be held responsible for any changes made on Facebook or Instagram, and the availability of its services such as Facebook groups. You accept that Meta owns the Love Reflexology Facebook group and Instagram account and controls the access to it.
- Kelly Hainsworth is the founder and administrator of both the Love Reflexology Facebook group and the Instagram page and if Meta closed or limited access to either of these social media platforms this is beyond the control of Kelly Hainsworth.
Liability
By joining the Love Reflexology Directory you agree that in no circumstance shall Kelly Hainsworth/Love Reflexology be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including, but not limited to:
(a) loss of income or revenue
(b) loss of business
(c) loss of profits or contracts
(d) loss of anticipated savings
(e) loss of data

15.3 The purchase of a digital download music is for one purchaser only and your download link must not be shared, or sold to anyone else.

15.4 Music can be purchased from the Love Reflexology website as a digital download and pricing information is displayed clearly on the product information.
15.5 There are no delivery costs as this is a digital download.
15.6 Music is not available by physical CDs and is only available to purchase as a digital download.

15.23 Once you place an order for digital music download, you will receive an email confirming your purchase along with the Download Confirmation. This confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided when you placed an order. Please note it is your responsibility to ensure this email address is correct.
15.24 If you do not receive an email in your main email inbox, please check your junk/spam folder in case the Download Confirmation has been been delivered there.
15.25 When you receive the Download Confirmation, please only click on the Download link on the device you wish to play the music. Please note this is your responsibility.
Availability
15.26 Your order will be fulfilled automatically on your receipt of the Download Confirmation, but in the event that the automated systems do not work immediately, please contact Kelly Hainsworth to advise that the Product has not been made available for download. As the systems are automated, Kelly Hainsworth/Love Reflexology shall not be liable for any delay in the download of any Product.
Refunds and Returns
15.27 As the music is a digital download this item is not eligible for return.
15.28 Refunds on digital music downloads will only be considered within 7 days of purchasing and will only be offered at Kelly Hainsworth’s/Love Reflexology discretion and in limited circumstances, for example if the item is faulty.
15.29 If a refund is given the downloaded album must be removed from your library with immediate effect. Any refunds will be made using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
15.30 Kelly Hainsworth/ Love Reflexology are responsible for the supply of the music downloads only and are not responsible for how and where you download the music files.

Before booking a place on a Love Reflexology Event, please read the below terms and conditions and be sure they are fully understood, and you accept the contents.

Where ‘we’ is used below this refers to Kelly Hainsworth and Love Reflexology.
Payment
- Payments are to be paid in full at the time of booking.
- Online events are for one person per payment only, and the Zoom link must not be shared with anyone else. If the Zoom link is shared your place will be withdrawn from the event and a refund will not be given.
- Prices for the events are displayed clearing on the event page.
- Payment is processed via PayPal, and the Love Reflexology website uses WooCommerce to present the events.
- Please read the terms and conditions, and the privacy policies from PayPal and WooCommerce before you make a purchase.
- We will not be held responsible for any loss incurred in the process of or after payment is made.
Suitability
- Online events are suitable if you are a reflexologist or reflexology tutor who is a resident of the UK, aged 18 years or above, and you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
Cancellation and Refunds
- Should we find it necessary to cancel or postpone an event you will be offered an alternative option, or a refund will be made. You will be contacted via email immediately to share these options.
- We reserve the right to provide an alternative venue to those published for an event.
- If you are unable to attend the event you have purchased, please contact Kelly Hainsworth within 30-days of the event date so an alternative date(s) may be provided. We cannot be held responsible if you are unable to attend a replacement date. If a refund is required (minus the non-refundable administration and processing fee), you must cancel within 30-days of booking the event by writing to Kelly Hainsworth.
- After the 30-day refund period events are non-refundable.
- Failure to attend your purchased event will result in the loss of all payments made and in all circumstances.
- If you ask to swap dates for any reason within 10-days of your event date it is non-exchangeable, non-refundable and you will not be offered an alternative date.

17.2 If you subscribe to the newsletter by entering your email in the box provided, you may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the footer of any of the newsletters you receive or by contacting Kelly Hainsworth. Kelly Hainsworth respects your email address, and it will not be shared with any other party.

17.3 By subscribing to the Love Reflexology newsletter you agree that in no circumstance shall Kelly Hainsworth/Love Reflexology be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including, but not limited to:
