I referred to this quote in my latest article on t I referred to this quote in my latest article on the Love Reflexology website, as I shared my thoughts about posting on social media this year.

Even though we are all living through the pandemic, we are all going through a different experience of it.

Some of you may enjoy the quieter, slower pace of life, whilst others may find it really stressful.

Your clients will be experiencing the pandemic in very different ways too, so it is important to be mindful of this when posting on your social media pages.

When you post always consider that not everyone will be feeling the same way that you do, and show empathy in all you put out there.

Emotions are running high, so this will help to avoid any upset or challenging conversations.

Hi everyone....I cannot believe it’s Friday alre Hi everyone....I cannot believe it’s Friday already. It’s felt like the longest week, but the shortest week too...if that makes sense!

I have just posted a new article on the Love Reflexology website, where I share my thoughts and ideas, about posting on social media in 2021.

So grab yourself a drink, put up your feet, and head to the link in the bio to read more.

Please let me know your thoughts too by commenting on the article, I always love to hear from the community.

Enjoy,

Love Reflexology Twitter Update As a mentor I alw Love Reflexology Twitter Update

As a mentor I always encourage therapists to establish which social media accounts are working well for their business, and which ones are not. A regular social media audit is crucial in business.

I will ask, which ones are your target clients using and engaging with?

Which accounts are bringing the results you want? (Client bookings, newsletter sign-ups, voucher sales, products sales, brand awareness, networking opportunities).

This can change over time, so it is always good to keep an eye on your engagement rates and outcomes for your business.

I always do this for my own work too, and it helps me to get the best results, use my time effectively and not waste energy on a platform that does not bring the results I desire.

Remember you do not have to be visible on every social media platform available, it is better to do one or two well, rather than all of them and not be effective.

Following the Love Reflexology Survey 2021 (thank you to everyone who completed this), I have analysed the results and it confirmed my feelings about Twitter, with just 1% of the Love Reflexology community using it to connect with Love Reflexology.

From today, the Love Reflexology account on Twitter will no longer be active, and the time used for this platform can now be used for the Facebook group and Instagram, where you all love to hang out 😊😘

Don't be afraid to stop using a platform in your business, if it is not bringing you the results you need, and it is not connecting with your target audience.

When was the last time you reviewed your social media accounts for your business?

Do you know which ones are working well for you?

It is actually very empowering when you let one go!

Are you struggling to grow your social media prese Are you struggling to grow your social media presence and get great results for your business?

Try not to dilute your energy and time, and focus on one or two platforms instead of every platform going.

This way you can focus on connecting with your audience, post great content and get better results.

If you are currently not able to be in the treatment room, now is the ideal time to see what accounts work well for you....and have a bit of a spring clean!

Are you guilty of being on every social media platform or do you just focus on one or two?
