Easter 🐣 Break Hi, everyone I am now taking a Easter 🐣 Break

Hi, everyone I am now taking a break for Easter and the office will re-open on Wednesday 23rd April.

All emails and messages received during my holiday will be reviewed on my return to work.

After a busy start to the year in the treatment room @kelly_hainsworth and working with my 1:1 mentoring clients, I am looking forward to recharging and spending time with my family.

During the Easter 🐣 break the Love Reflexology Facebook group will continue to be here for you, so if you have a question or simply want to connect with likeminded reflexologists, please continue to post as normal.

If you are taking some time off over the coming days, I hope you have a wonderful holiday, with time to unwind and recharge.

See you all soon and thank you for being part of the Love Reflexology community.

Kelly 🍫🐣 🌸 🐰 🌷
Are you feeling stuck and avoiding starting that n Are you feeling stuck and avoiding starting that new project or working on a goal?

Are you feeling nervous, unsure and procrastinating?

When I am feeling like this about a piece of work, I set the alarm on my phone and work on an activity for just thirty minutes. Dedicating a small amount of time helps me to avoid procrastinating and feelings of overwhelm, whilst taking action to get things moving forward.

It feels so much better after completing the thirty minutes to have finally made a start, rather than simply thinking about it!

What productivity tips help you when you are feeling stuck? πŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡

Spring is in the air and it presents the ideal opp Spring is in the air and it presents the ideal opportunity to inject new energy into your reflexology business to help it blossom 🌸

Ways I love to inject energy into my business include:

(1) Refresh Your Treatment Room

As well as spring cleaning, check for paint scuffs and marks, and paint any areas that need updating. You could add new cushions, towels, or accessories to add a new look to create an inviting space for you to work in and for your clients to love.

(2)Update Your Online Marketing

Now is a great opportunity to update your website to give it a new feel, this could be adding new images of your treatment room and also making sure your pricing information is correct.

You can also check your social media accounts to make sure you have the correct information on your pages, to make it easy for potential clients to work with you.

(3) Review Your Work Wardrobe

Whether you wear a tunic, polo top, or shirt for work, check to see if they still look great and are not faded. Refreshing your work wardrobe may help you to feel more confident and give a professional image to your clients.

(4) And Finally

After all that work... book yourself a treatment to support your well-being

What ways do you like to inject energy into your reflexology business?
Are you feeling drained by using social media for Are you feeling drained by using social media for your reflexology business?

Do you feel like it is zapping your energy and your time?

Enjoy the below ideas πŸ’‘ which may give you a boost when using the various platforms.

🀍 Set a time limit to post and engage on social media each day. I set an alarm to stop me from falling down the scrolling rabbit hole.

🀍 You could aim to reduce your social media usage by a selected time each day, for example thirty minutes - then reassess how you feel with this extra time. You can look in your phone settings to view your current screen time usage per social media app.

🀍 When you are posting on social media for your reflexology business, be focussed. Use it with intention - post content to connect with your audience (which may help you to achieve your goals), engage, and leave. Don’t fall into the habit of posting and then scrolling for hours watching funny Reels (not unless you need a giggle). Just think what you could do with that extra time! πŸ•°οΈ

🀍 If you are struggling for content ideas you could leave your phone in another room, take a break and let your ideas develop. My best content ideas always come when I am not on my phone and usually when I’m out in nature 🌳

When do you come up with your best social media content ideas? πŸ’‘
Spring 🌷 is in the air and it presents a fabulo Spring 🌷 is in the air and it presents a fabulous opportunity to review your Instagram account (and all your digital marketing) to make sure it is working well for you and bringing you the results you desire.

Ideas you may like to explore include:

β€’	Make sure you are posting using the correct image sizes to ensure you have a professional image on your account (remember this could be the first time someone may discover your business - first impressions count). Earlier this year Instagram moved away from the original square images and moved to the new portrait sizing. If you are posting on Instagram and you are creating graphics on Canva, choose size 1080 x 1350 px, which will give you the portrait size you now need. If you are taking photographs on your phone select 4:5 ratio for the image size (this is the default size your phone takes).

β€’	Spring clean your Instagram bio to make sure you have included the key information, such as your website address to help your followers learn more about your services. You may also want to update your profile picture/logo if this is outdated. When I work with my 1:1 clients, we cover the Instagram bio as the information included here is key for Instagram users deciding whether to follow an account and invest time in your business.

Top Tip: Add a note to your diary each month to review your Instagram account to make sure it is up-to-date, relevant and meeting your business goals.

When was the last time you reviewed your Instagram account?
Do you worry about your follower numbers on social Do you worry about your follower numbers on social media?

I think every small business owner has worried about this at some point - I certainly did in the early days of growing my business @kelly_hainsworth thinking πŸ€” I needed to reach the magic 10k followers to have a successful reflexology business.

What helped to change my mindset was picturing my followers as people in a room, people I could chat to and support.

Back then doing this helped me to picture the 100 followers I had, making it more real!

One hundred followers doesn’t sound like a great deal, but 100 people in a room does.

Imagine if all 100 became reflexology clients… now you can see that certainly would give you the busy diary you had hoped for.

So, if you ever worry that you need thousands of followers, try this activity and visualise your followers as people in a room who you can build a professional relationship with and potentially sell your services and products to.

One hundred doesn’t seem so small now does it?
Thank you πŸ™πŸ» It has been wonderful to see Thank you πŸ™πŸ»

It has been wonderful to see so many new people following this page and joining the Love Reflexology Facebook community this week, thank you πŸ™πŸ» all for joining the community.
